Multiple agencies in Otter Tail County will participate in a mass casualty training drill at Perham High School and Perham Health Wednesday Sept. 25 12:30pm-3:30pm. They are asking the community to stay clear of the area during that time so that emergency responders and health care professionals can focus on their training.
