Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a full-time Accounting Analyst - Accounting Supervisor position. This position is responsible for providing specialized and analytical support to multiple organizations for financial activities, policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include: planning and monitoring auditing procedures; preparing department budget; providing technical support and training regarding financial systems; maintaining proper internal controls and accounting procedures; advising department managers and other finance staff regarding accounting functions, financial reporting, collections, payments, agency contract and agreements; preparing and analyzing a variety of comprehensive financial and statistical reports for internal and external users; and coordinating financial reporting and auditing activities.
