Otter Tail County is now accepting applications for a Sanitarian. This position is responsible for assistance in development, administration, and enforcement of the environmental health programs that have been adopted and delegated to the County and to assist other State/County agencies with environmental concerns as they arise.  Program areas include licensing, inspection, and enforcement of Federal, State and Local codes pertaining to food, pool, and lodging establishments, manufactured home parks, recreational camping areas, and youth camps. Additional program areas include indoor air quality, healthy homes, lead exposure, and public health nuisances.
